Prizes

• 1st prize: A Denali Beer Adventure consisting of a two-night stay at the Denali Crows Nest Cabins from 8/30 – 9/1/24, Denali Zip Line and Denali ATV tours for two on Saturday 8/31, and a $100 49^th State Brewing gift card. Total value: $1500.
• 2nd prize: A $100 49th State Brewing gift card and a 49^th State Brewing gift pack worth over $200.

How to submit an entry: On Instagram, make sure you’re following 49th State Brewing (@49thstatebrewing), Denali Crows Nest Cabins (@denalicrowsnestcabins), Denali ATV Tours (@denaliatv) and Denali Park Zipline (@denaliparkzipline). Submit your photo by posting it to Instagram with the hashtag #49thstatesummer and tagging @49thstatebrewing in the photo. 

Sponsored by 49th State Brewing, 717 W 3rd Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. AKST on Sunday August 18th, 2024. From there, a panel of judges will award the top three prizes. The judges are a panel of 49th State Brewing staff members. Three (3) prize winners (first, second, and third place) will be chosen by a panel of judges by August 21st based on awesomeness, uniqueness, creativity, level of adventure, and how well the true essence and vibes of the beer/cider/soda are captured.

By entering, you agree: No purchase is necessary to enter. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. You need not be present to win. You grant 49th State Brewing a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use your photo and name in a list of winners or for promotional purposes. This contest is void where prohibited. 49th State Brewing can cancel this contest or revise the rules at any time. You hold 49th State Brewing harmless from all claims of any nature arising from or relating to your entry in the contest or use of any prize.

If you win: 49th State Brewing will contact you via Instagram message, email or phone. 49th State Brewing may ask you to provide: proof of age, proof of eligibility to enter. You might not be awarded the prize if you fail to provide the items requested within a reasonable period of time. You may be responsible for applicable state or federal taxes based on the value of the prize.

You cannot enter if: You are under 21 years old. You are a 49th State Brewing employee, the immediate family of a 49th State Brewing employee, or a distributor of 49th State Brewing products.
