Freshial Delivery Hazy Fresh Hop IPA is now on draft and in 16oz 4pks at our Downtown Anchorage Pub. We created this hazy fresh hop IPA in a collaboration of epic proportions to celebrate the unique essence of fresh hops, a rare ingredient in Alaska. First, fresh hops from Bale Breaker Brewing Co.’s Loftus Ranches in Moxee, Washington were harvested at their peak ripeness. With the help of Yakima Chief hops, the cones were prepped for shipment and promptly flown north on an Alaska airlines Air Cargo flight. Upon landing, the hops were immediately transported to our brewery and tossed into a hazy IPA brewed with bale breaker. From hop bine to brew kettle in less than 24 hours.
